Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your membership of the walking group for any reason you must send this in writing (preferably via e-mail) to any of the four group officers (Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary or Treasurer)

Your membership will end on the last day of the month in which you submit your cancellation after which you will be removed from the membership list and will not receive any further e-mails from the group. and you will be unable to attend any future walks.

A pro rata rate of your membership will be refunded for the full months remaining on your membership.
